Women's Volleyball Thailand League
The Women's Volleyball Thailand League ( th, วอลเลย์บอลหญิงไทยแลนด์ลีก) is the top-level professional women's volleyball league in Thailand. Contested by eight clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Volleyball Pro Challenge League. Seasons run from October to March, with teams playing 14 games each. Most games are played on Saturdays and Sundays, with a few games played on weekdays. It is organized by the Thailand Volleyball Association (TVA). The league champion qualifies for the Asian Club Championship. The league is recognized by the TVA, the FIVB, and the AVC. The league maintains strong ties with international volleyball governing bodies, adhering to the rules and regulations set by the FIVB and the AVC. Ashley Lynn Frazier (born December 15, 1989) is an American professional volleyball player. Personal Ashley Frazier, daughter of Greg and Nancy Frazier, is from Oregon, Ohio. She graduated from Central Catholic High School (Toledo, Ohio) in 2008. 2016 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship
The 2016 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship, Asian Women’s Club Volleyball Championship was the 17th staging of the Asian Volleyball Confederation, AVC Club Championships which was hosted by the Philippines. The tournament was held at the Alonte Sports Arena in Biñan, Laguna (province), Laguna. It was held from September 3 to September 11, 2016. Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court. The receiving team must not let the ball be grounded within their court.
