2015–16 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Men's Basketball Team
The 2015–16 Wake Forest Demon Deacons men's basketball team represented Wake Forest University during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Demon Deacons were led by second-year head coach Danny Manning. The team played home games at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and were a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference. The Demon Deacons finished season 11–20, 2–16 in ACC play to finish in 14th place. They lost to NC State in the first round of the ACC tournament. Danny Manning
Daniel Ricardo Manning (born May 17, 1966) is an American college basketball coach and former professional player who is the Associate Head Mens Basketball Coach at the University of Louisville. Manning played high school basketball at Walter Hines Page High School in Greensboro, North Carolina, as well as Lawrence High School in Lawrence, Kansas. He played college basketball for the Kansas Jayhawks, and played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for 14 years. After retiring from professional basketball Manning became an assistant coach at his alma mater, the University of Kansas. He won the national championship with the Jayhawks in 1988 as a player, and again as an assistant in 2008. He is the all-time leading scorer in Kansas basketball history with 2,951 points. Locust Grove is a city in Henry County, Georgia, United States. The population was 5,402 at the 2010 census, up from 2,322 in 2000. Central Dauphin High School is a public high school located in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, it is one of two high schools in the Central Dauphin School District, and the first built in the school district. John Martin Collins III (born September 23, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
