2015–16 Southern Illinois Salukis Women's Basketball Team
The 2015–16 Southern Illinois women's basketball team represents Southern Illinois University Carbondale during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Salukis, led by third year head coach Cindy Stein. They played their home games at SIU Arena and were members of the Missouri Valley Conference. They finished the season 20–13, 12–6 in MVC play to finish in fourth place. They advanced to the semifinals of the Missouri Valley women's tournament where they lost to Southern Illinois. They were invited to the Women's Basketball Invitational where they lost to Western Illinois in the first round. Cindy Stein
Cindy Stein (born January 22, 1961) is a former basketball coach. She was the head women's basketball coach at Southern Illinois University Carbondale from 2013 to 2022. She is the former coach of the Missouri Tigers women's basketball team at the University of Missouri from 1998 to 2010 and at Illinois Central College from 2012 to 2013. She was the head coach for the Cougars from April 3, 2012, until April 2, 2013, when she was named head coach of the SIU Women's basketball team. Playing career Stein was a junior college All-American, playing her first college basketball at Illinois Central College. She later transferred to the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, an NCAA Division I school, where she played in her first NCAA Division I tournament in 1982. Bellarmine-Jefferson High School
Bellarmine-Jefferson High School was a private, Roman Catholic high school in Burbank, California. It was located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The school was reopened in 2019 as St. John Paul II STEM Academy, which later closed in 2020. Background Bellarmine-Jefferson was a co-educational Catholic high school located in Burbank, CA that was founded by Monsignor Martin Cody Keating in 1944. Maryville University
Maryville University of St. Louis is a private university in Town and Country, Missouri. It was originally founded on April 6, 1872 by the Society of the Sacred Heart and offers more than 90 degrees at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels to students from 50 states and 47 countries. Hilliard Bradley High School
Hilliard Bradley High School is the newest high school in the Hilliard City School District in Hilliard, Ohio. It is one of three high schools in the district along with Hilliard Davidson High School and Hilliard Darby High School.
