2015–16 Colgate Raiders Men's Basketball Team
The 2015–16 Colgate Raiders men's basketball team represented Colgate University during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Raiders, led by fifth year head coach Matt Langel, played their home games at Cotterell Court and were members of the Patriot League. They finished the season 13–17, 9–9 in Patriot League play to finish in four way tie for fourth place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the Patriot League tournament to Army. Matt Langel
Matt Langel (born November 21, 1977) is the head coach for the Colgate Raiders men's basketball team. He previously served as an assistant for the Temple Owls men's basketball team for five seasons under Fran Dunphy. College career Langel attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he starred on the Quaker basketball team under coach Fran Dunphy. As a freshman, he helped the 1996–97 team finish with a record of 12–15 and 8–6 in the Ivy League. In Langel's sophomore year, the 1997–98 Quaker team went 17–12 and 10–4 in the Ivy. The 1998–99 team reached the 1999 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament after going 21–6 and 17–1 in conference.Penn Quakers 2009, p. 73. Centennial High School (Roswell, Georgia)
Centennial High School is a public high school located in Roswell, Georgia, United States. It opened in 1997. The school was named in honor of the 1996 Olympic games held in Atlanta a year before the school's opening, which marked the centennial anniversary of the modern games.
