The men's finweight is a competition featured at the 2015 World Taekwondo Championships, and was held at the Traktor Ice Arena in Chelyabinsk, Russia on May 15 and May 16. Finweights were limited to a maximum of 54 kilograms in body mass. Traktor Ice Arena
Traktor Ice Arena named after Valery Konsantinovich Belousov (), commonly shortened to Traktor Ice Arena, is an indoor sporting arena located in Chelyabinsk, Russia. It is used for various indoor events and is the home arena of Traktor Chelyabinsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) and Belye Medvedi of Junior Hockey League (MHL). The capacity of the arena is 7,500 spectators. It replaced Yunost Sport Palace as the home of Traktor. The arena is named after former Traktor head coach Valery Belousov. Construction The arena was designed by a Swedish company Skanska. Construction began in spring 2007 and was originally expected to finish by the 2008-09 season. But due to subsequent construction problems the official opening was rescheduled for January 2009. On 15 February 2013, the arena was damaged by the blast wave from the explosion of the Chelyabinsk meteor. Kaloyan Binev
Kaloyan or Kalojan, also known as Ioannitsa or Johannitsa ( bg, Калоян, Йоаница; 1170 – October 1207), was emperor or tsar of Bulgaria from 1196 to 1207. He was the younger brother of Theodor and Asen, who led the anti-Byzantine uprising of the Bulgarians and Vlachs in 1185. The uprising ended with the restoration of Bulgaria as an independent state. He spent a few years as a hostage in Constantinople in the late 1180s. Theodor, crowned Emperor Peter II, made him his co-ruler after Asen was murdered in 1196. A year later, Peter was also murdered, and Kaloyan became the sole ruler of Bulgaria.
