2015 Syracuse Orange Men's Soccer Team
The 2015 Syracuse Orange men's soccer team represented Syracuse University during the 2015 NCAA Division I men's soccer season. It was the program's 92nd season. The Orange reached the College Cup for the first time in program history, where they lost on penalties to eventual national runner-up Clemson, Clemson. Ian McIntyre (soccer)
Ian McIntyre (born 1972) is the coach of the Syracuse Orange men's soccer team. He previously coached at Oneonta and Hartwick. Early life McIntyre grew up in Basildon, England and played for an Arsenal FC youth team. Playing career McIntyre was a sweeper for the Hartwick Hawks from 1992–1995. The team had a 50–20–7 record during his four seasons as a player. The team also made 2 NCAA Tournament berths and a 52-20-7 record during his four seasons. McIntyre was named to the NSCAA All-American First Team in 1995. In that same year, he was named the Hartwick Male Athlete of the Year. He was inducted into the Hartwick College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2001, his first year of eligibility. Mark Coyle
Mark Coyle (born 1969) is the 23rd Athletics director, director of athletics at the University of Minnesota, replacing Norwood Teague. He resigned as the athletics director at Syracuse University in May 2016 after spending only 11 months with the Syracuse Orange. Prior to this position, Coyle was the athletics director at Boise State University (2011-15), a deputy athletics director at the University of Kentucky (2006-11), and an associate athletics director at Minnesota (2001-05). Career At Syracuse, two of his programs won national titles and five won ACC championships. Prior to that, at Boise State, 18 Broncos teams posted record GPAs on the way to claiming 12 conference championships. At Minnesota, he received multiple contract extension running through June 2026. The UC Riverside Highlanders represent the University of California, Riverside (UCR) in Riverside, California in 15 men's and women's intercollegiate athletics. Bucknell Bison Men's Soccer
The Bucknell Bison men's soccer team is an intercollegiate varsity sports team of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. They are an NCAA Division I team and member of the Patriot League. Through its history, Bucknell has played in the Middle Atlantic Conference (1947–73), East Coast Conference (1974–89) and Patriot League (1990-pres.). Bucknell has won all four of its Patriot League titles since 2006 and in doing so has been one of the most successful Patriot League teams in that time. The Hofstra Pride (formerly the Hofstra Flying Dutchmen) are composed of 17 teams representing Hofstra University in intercollegiate athletics, including men and women’s basketball, cross-country running, golf, lacrosse, soccer, tennis and track and field. Morrone Stadium, officially known as Ray Reid Field at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium is the on-campus soccer stadium at University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut. The 5,100-seat stadium was built in 1969. and has undergone many renovations since. The stadium hosts the school's men's and women's soccer programs.
