Chennaiyin Football Club is an Indian professional football club based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The club competes in the Indian Super League, the top flight of Indian football. The club was founded in August 2014 during the inaugural season of the Indian Super League. One of the most successful clubs in the history of the league, it has won the Indian Super League title on two occasions, in the 2015 and 2017–18 seasons respectively. Khangebam Thoi Singh (born 5 October 1990) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Real Kashmir in the I-League. Youth career Thoi started his career when representing his state Manipur in the Mir Iqbal Hussain Trophy, a National level under-16 sub-junior trophy. Jayesh Dilip Rane (born 20 February 1993) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bengaluru in the Indian Super League. Career Mumbai Born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Rane joined the Mumbai youth team in 2008. During the 2012 I-League U20, Rane ended as the league top scorer with thirteen goals. Rane was then called up to the first-team for the Federation Cup but did not see the field during the tournament due to Mumbai being knocked-out early.
