2015 Asian Men's Club Volleyball Championship
The 2015 Asian Men's Club Volleyball Championship was the 16th staging of the AVC Club Championships. The tournament was held in Taipei, Taiwan from 13 to 21 August 2015. The champions qualified for the 2016 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Championship as Asia's representative. Pools composition Teams were seeded in the first two positions of each pool following the serpentine system according to their final standing of the 2014 edition. AVC reserved the right to seed the hosts as head of pool A regardless of the final standing of the 2014 edition. All teams not seeded were drawn. National Standard Time is the official time zone in Taiwan defined by an UTC offset of +08:00. This standard is also known as Taipei Time () or Taiwan Time (). History The first time zone standard in Taiwan was enforced on 1 January 1896, the second year of Taiwan under Japanese rule. The Taipei Gymnasium () is a gymnasium in Songshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. History The gymnasium was opened in 1994 and renovated in 2008. Architecture The gymnasium is housed in a 7-story building with a total floor area of 5,128 m2. It consists of facilities and equipment for ball games, conference room, audio center, classrooms for martial arts and aerobic, offices, badminton and billiard room. Ball games area has 1,340 seating capacity and badminton area has 1,000 seating capacity. The building also consists of two basement floors.
