2014–15 Korisliiga Season
The 2014–15 Korisliiga was the 75th season of the highest professional basketball tier in Finland. The league champion qualified for the 2015–16 Eurocup regular season.ECA Shareholders Meeting sets new season and future plans

Teams

Eleven teams participated in the Korisliiga this season. Lappeenrannan NMKY left the league because of its poor economic situation.

2013–14 Korisliiga Season
The 2013–14 Korisliiga season was the 74th season of the Finnish national championship named Korisliiga, the highest professional basketball league in Finland. The defending champion was Bisons Loimaa. Kyle Fogg was both scoring champion and league MVP, while Antero Lehto was named Player of the Year. Tampereen Pyrintö took the title, its third in history. Kouvot is a Finnish professional basketball team based in Kouvola. Founded in 1964, the team plays in the Korisliiga and has won the national championship four times: in 1995, 1999, 2004, and 2016. Pekka Salminen (basketball)
Pekka Salminen (born 11 August 1937 in Tampere) is a Finnish Professor of Architecture and founder and a senior partner of PES-Architects, formed in 1968, in Helsinki, Finland. He is also the founder of Unije Workshop International UWI, and the Centre for Architecture and Urban Planning, formed in Unije, Croatia, in 1987. He received a BSc in architecture from Tampere Institute of Technology in 1960, and an MSc in architecture from Helsinki University of Technology, 1966. At that time he was employed by notable Finnish architect Timo Penttilä and worked on the design of Penttilä's most notable work Helsinki City Theatre, completed in 1967. Tampereen Pyrintö
Tampereen Pyrintö ry is a Finnish multi-sport club from Tampere. Pyrintö representatives have achieved several Olympic medals and other success. Korikobrat
Kobrat is a Finnish professional basketball team from Lapua. The team plays in Korisliiga, the highest tier of Finnish basketball. History The club was founded in 1989 as 'Lapuan Koripojat', shortly 'LaKoPo', but was renamed 'Korikobrat' in 2000. The team is playing in the Korisliiga league since the 2012–13 season.
