2014 Women's Knockout Cup
The 2014 Women's Knockout Cup was New Zealand's women's 21st knockout football competition. The 2014 competition had four rounds before the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and a final. The competition was run in three regions (Northern, Central, Southern) until the semi-finals, from which stage the draw was open. In all, 39 teams entered the competition. The 2014 final The 2014 final was played between two Auckland teams, Glenfield Rovers and Forrest Hill-Milford United. It was played at QBE Stadium before the men's Chatham Cup final. Glenfield Rovers came back from behind to beat Forrest Hill-Milford United 3–2, claiming their second title in four years. North Harbour Stadium
North Harbour Stadium is a stadium situated in Albany, in North Shore City, New Zealand. It was opened in 1997, after nearly a decade of discussion, planning and construction. Rugby union, association football, rugby league, and baseball are all played on the main ground. The neighbouring oval plays host to the senior cricket and Australian rules football matches. Drury, New Zealand
Drury is a rural town near Auckland, in northern New Zealand. Located 36 kilometres to the south of Auckland CBD, under authority of the Auckland Council. Lower Hutt ( mi, Te Awa Kairangi ki Tai) is a city in the Wellington Region of New Zealand. Wellington United AFC is an association football club based in Wellington, New Zealand, that competes in the Central League. History Wellington Diamond United Wellington Diamond United was the result of the merger of Diamond and Zealandia/Wellington United in 1968. Stop Out Sports Club, commonly known as Stop Out, is an association football club in Lower Hutt, New Zealand is based at Hutt Park, Moera in Lower Hutt. History The Stop Out organisation started in 1919 with the aim of providing recreation to Te Aro Flat children in Wellington associated with the Wellington City Mission so as to prevent them becoming "stop outs" - period slang for "troubled youth". Wairarapa United is a Association football, football club based in Masterton, New Zealand and are currently competing in the Central Premier League, Central League. Club history The club was formed by the merger of Masterton (soccer), Masterton and Carterton in 1996. The club has competed in the Central Premier League, Central League since 2009. Bledisloe Park is a cricket and football (soccer) ground in Pukekohe, Auckland, New Zealand. It is named after Charles Bathurst, 1st Viscount Bledisloe. Cricket The first recorded match held on the ground came in December 1950 when Franklin played King Country in the 1950/51 Hawke Cup.
