2014 Rutgers Scarlet Knights Football Team
The 2014 Rutgers Scarlet Knights football team represented Rutgers University–New Brunswick in the 2014 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Scarlet Knights played their home games at High Point Solutions Stadium in Piscataway, New Jersey in their inaugural year as a member of the Big Ten Conference, having played the previous year in the American Athletic Conference. They were led by third year head coach Kyle Flood. They finished the season 8–5, 3–5 in Big Ten play to finish in a tie for fourth place in the East Division. Kyle Flood
Kyle J. Flood (born January 20, 1971) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach for the Texas Longhorns football team. He is also the former head football coach of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. Flood was named the 29th head football coach of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights football team after Greg Schiano accepted the National Football League head coaching position for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He is the first Rutgers football head coach to be promoted from assistant since the 1973 season. Norries Wilson
Norries Wilson is an American football coach and former player. He was the running backs coach of the Rutgers University Scarlet Knights football team, but was let go in 2015. He was the first African-American head football coach in the Ivy League with the Columbia University football team. He also has coached at Bucknell University, Livingstone College, North Carolina Central University, was an offensive co-coordinator at Connecticut and was a graduate assistant at Minnesota. A 1989 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Wilson was a captain, two-year starter and three-year letterwinner for the Gophers. Connecticut Huskies Football
The UConn Huskies football team is a college football team that represents the University of Connecticut in the sport of American football. The team competes in NCAA Division I FBS as an Independent. Connecticut first fielded a team in 1896, and participated in Division I-AA until 1999. The Huskies began their two-year Division I-A transition period in 2000, and became a full-fledged Division I-A team in 2002. From 2000 to 2003 the team played as an independent. The school's football team then joined the conference of its other sport teams, the Big East (later named the American Athletic Conference (the American) in 2013), taking effect in 2004, through 2019. Darrell Wilson
Darrell Wilson (born July 28, 1958) is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Wagner Seahawks football team. Prior to Wagner, Wilson accrued seventeen years of experience at three Big Ten Conference. Playing career A former honorable mention Division I-AA All-America defensive back for Connecticut (1976–80), Wilson was named to the Huskies' 100th-anniversary all-time team in 1998. Anthony Campanile (born August 18, 1982) is an American football coach who is the linebackers coach for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL).
