The 2014 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Championship was the 10th edition of the event. It was held in Belo Horizonte, Brazil from 5 to 10 May 2014. The Russian club Belogorie Belgorod won the title for the first time. VC Belogorie Belgorod (russian: ВК Белогорье) is a Russian professional volleyball club based in Belgorod, which is participating in the Russian Volleyball Super League. VC Belogorie won the Russian Championship and the Russian Cup eight times each. The club is also a three-times CEV Champions League champion. Mineirinho Arena (officially Estádio Jornalista Felipe Drummond), sometimes called just Mineirinho, is the biggest indoor sporting arena in Brazil. Located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, the arena holds 25,000 people. Mineirinho is located in the Sports Complex of Mineirão Stadium in the Pampulha, which was one of the headquarters of the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2014 FIFA World Cup. The nickname (''small Mineiro'') is due to being located close to the larger Mineirão (''big Mineiro''), the stadium. At the time of its construction, the now extinct ADEMG (Administração de Estádios do Estado de Minas Gerais), the organization responsible for building the arena, was administered by sportswriters, who decided to honor Felipe Drummond, one of the most important sportswriters in the history of Minas Gerais, for his work as a journalist. György Grozer
György Grozer (born 27 November 1984), also known as Georg Grozer, is a German volleyball player of Hungarian origin, a member of the Germany men's national volleyball team and Italian club Vero Volley Monza, a bronze medalist of the 2014 World Championship, two–time German Champion (2009, 2010), Polish Champion (2012), Russian Champion (2013), Chinese Champion (2017). Sergey Yuryevich Tetyukhin (russian: Серге́й Юрьевич Тетюхин; born 23 September 1975) is a former Russian volleyball player. He was born in Fergana, Uzbekistan. He is 1.97 m tall, and plays as passer-attacker. Together with Samuele Papi and Sérgio Santos (volleyball), Sérgio Santos he is one of only three male volleyball players who have accumulated four Olympic medals in the course of their long sporting careers. Tetyukhin, however, has the distinction of being the only volleyball player in the world (male or female) with four Olympic medals who has all three types of those awards, including gold at 2012 Summer Olympics, London Olympics.
