2013–14 Perth Glory FC Season
The 2013–14 Perth Glory FC season was the club's ninth season in the A-League and its 17th season since its establishment. It was Alistair Edwards' first full season in charge after the sacking of Ian Ferguson; however, he was subsequently sacked as Manager on 17 December 2013, and replaced on an interim basis by Kenny Lowe. Perth Glory FC
Perth Glory Football Club is an Australian professional soccer club based in Perth, Western Australia. It competes in the country's premier men's competition, A-League Men, under licence from Australian Professional Leagues. Founded in 1995, Perth Glory is one of three A-League clubs to survive from the now-defunct National Soccer League (NSL), playing their debut match in this competition in October 1996 for the 1996–97 season. Perth established itself as a major side within Australian soccer in the final seasons of this league, with managers Bernd Stange and Mich d'Avray leading the club to three league Premierships and two Championships from four grand final appearances within a five-season period. Cameron James Edwards (born 27 March 1992) is an Australian professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Cockburn City. Edwards previously trained with the Nike Football Academy after being released by Reading in May 2012. Scott Alexander Jamieson (born 13 October 1988) is an Australian soccer player who plays as a left back and captains for Melbourne City in the A-League. Club career Blacktown City Jamieson was born in Auburn, Sydney. He has previously played for the Blacktown City in the New South Wales Premier League and has also attended Westfields Sports High School before signing for English Premier League side Bolton Wanderers. Daniel Peter De Silva (born 6 March 1997) is an Australian professional football player who plays as an attacking midfielder for Macarthur FC in the A-League. Joshua Robert Risdon (born 27 July 1992) is an Australian professional football (soccer) player who currently plays as a right back for Western United. Club career Newcastle Jets In 2010 Duncan signed for A-League club Newcastle Jets from NSW Premier League side Sutherland Sharks. Christopher Daniel Harold (born 14 July 1992) is an Australian professional football (soccer) player who plays as a forward for National Premier Leagues club ECU Joondalup.
