Oldham Athletic A
Oldham is a large town in Greater Manchester, England, amid the Pennines and between the rivers Irk and Medlock, southeast of Rochdale and northeast of Manchester. It is the administrative centre of the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham, which had a population of 237,110 in 2019. Within the boundaries of the historic county of Lancashire, and with little early history to speak of, Oldham rose to prominence in the 19th century as an international centre of textile manufacture. Connor Niall Hughes (born 6 May 1993) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Daisy Hill. He played for Oldham Athletic in the Football League as a professional footballer. Career Oldham Athletic Hughes joined Oldham Athletic in May 2009 on a two-year scholarship. Luke Thomas Simpson (born 23 September 1994) is an English professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. Kirk Steven Millar (born 7 July 1992) is a Northern Irish footballer who plays for NIFL Premiership side Linfield. James Alan Tarkowski (born 19 November 1992) is an English professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Everton. Tarkowski began his professional career at Oldham Athletic of League One, where he made 89 appearances across all competitions. David Anthony Mellor is an English footballer who plays for the Harrisburg Heat in the Major Arena Soccer League. Career Oldham Athletic Mellor joined Oldham Athletic as sixteen-year-old from Manchester United. Clifford "Cliff" Byrne (born 26 April 1982) is an Irish former Association football, footballer, who is currently Assistant Manager at Peterborough United F.C., Peterborough United. Glenn Belezika (born 24 December 1993) is an English footballer. He plays as a defender. Club career Oldham Athletic Belezika was awarded his first professional contract, signing a one-year contract with Oldham Athletic.
