2013–14 Czech 1. Liga Season
The 2013–14 Czech 1.liga season was the 20th season of the Czech 1.liga, the second level of ice hockey in the Czech Republic. 14 teams participated in the league, and BK Mladá Boleslav and HC Olomouc qualified for the qualification round of the Czech Extraliga for the second time in a row. Both of the teams were successful at qualifying for the 2014–15 Czech Extraliga season. Regular season Playoffs BK Mladá Boleslav and HC Olomouc proceeded directly to the qualification round of the Czech Extraliga after winning their semifinal series. HC Slovan Ústečtí Lvi
HC Slovan Ústečti Lvi is an ice hockey team in the Czech 2nd League ('' 2. národní hokejová liga'') (the second division). Their home arena is Zimní stadion Ústí nad Labem in Ústí nad Labem. The team was known as HC Slovan Ústí nad labem. History Predecessors The birth of ice hockey in Ústí nad Labem dates back to the end of the Second World War. In 1945 a group of enthusiasts got together with Jaroslav Kropáč as a leading figure and in 1946 they founded the hockey club, Sokol Ústí nad Labem. After couple of months they took their cue from their namesake in Prague and founded LTC (1946–1948). They entered the North-west group of winter sports and started to regularly enter the regional competitions. In the following years (1949–1959) the club changed its name to ZSJ Armaturka. Piráti Chomutov is a Czech ice hockey team from Chomutov, Czech Republic. Established as ČSK Chomutov in 1945, the team has played in Chomutov through numerous team name changes and elevations/relegations in the Czechoslovak and Czech hockey leagues. They currently playing in the second level 1st Czech Republic Hockey League. Their home arena is the Rocknet aréna located in Chomutov, Czech Republic.
