2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships were held in Antwerp, Belgium, from 30 September to 6 October 2013 at Antwerp's Sports Palace. Kōhei Uchimura won the men's all-around gold medal and finished the competition with four total medals. Simone Biles won the women's all-around title and also finished the competition with four medals. Competition schedule All times are CEST (UTC+2). Kōhei Uchimura won his fourth consecutive individual all-around world championship crown, outscoring silver medalist Ryohei Kato by 1.958 points. Ruby Harrold
Ruby Esther Harrold (born 4 June 1996) is a British artistic gymnast who was a member of the British Olympic team for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Harrold was also a reserve athlete for the 2012 Summer Olympics team. She was a member of the British team that won the bronze medal in the team final at the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Following her retirement from elite gymnastics after the 2016 Summer Olympics, Harrold became a member of the LSU Tigers gymnastics team, having received a full athletic scholarship to attend Louisiana State University, beginning Fall of 2016. Dorina Böczögő (born 15 February 1992 in Orosháza) is a Hungarian artistic gymnast who competed at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. She was a member of the team who won bronze at the 2020 European Championships. Career 2007–2008 At the 2007 World Championships, Böczögő finished 51st in the all-around with a total score of 55.150. As one of the top nine athletes from a country that had not qualified through team placement, she earned a spot at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Ana Filipa da Silva Martins (born 9 January 1996) is a Portuguese artistic gymnast who competed at the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games. She won a bronze medal at the 2015 Summer Universiade on the balance beam. She is the first Portuguese gymnast to win a World Cup gold medal. Vasiliki Millousi ( el, Βασιλική Μιλλούση; born 4 May 1984 in Athens) is a Greek artistic gymnast. She is a ten-time World Cup Series medalist on beam and has represented Greece at the 2000, 2012, and 2016 Olympic Games. Asuka Teramoto
is a Japanese gymnast. Teramoto was born in Komaki, Aichi. Her first major international senior competition was the 2011 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Tokyo, Japan. In the team all-around finals, she contributed on vaulting, uneven bars, and balance beam towards the Japanese team's 7th-place finish. She also qualified for the uneven bars final in 8th place. She ended up finishing in a tie for 5th with Gabrielle Douglas, finishing ahead of teammate Tsurumi Kōko. That event was won by Viktoria Komova of Russia. Elisabeth Seitz (born 4 November 1993) is a German artistic gymnast. She is the 2022 European champion and the 2018 World bronze medalist on the uneven bars. She is one of the only female gymnasts in history to compete the Def (full-twisting Gienger) release, and her eponymous skill, a full-twisting Maloney. Seitz has also had success in the individual all-around event, where she is the 2011 European silver medalist and an eight-time German national champion (2010–13, 2015, 2017–18, 2021).
