The 2013 Maine Black Bears football team represented the University of Maine in the 2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by 21st-year head coach Jack Cosgrove and played their home games at Alfond Stadium. They were a member of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA). They finished the season 10–3, 7–1 in CAA play to be crowned CAA Champions. They received an automatic bid to the FCS Playoffs where they lost in the second round to fellow CAA member New Hampshire. Jack Cosgrove (American Football)
Jack Cosgrove (born October 30, 1956) is an American football coach. He is the head football coach at Colby College. Cosgrove served as the head football coach at the University of Maine from 1993 to 2015. He is an alumnus of Maine and played college football as a quarterback on the Maine Black Bears football team. The 2013 Stony Brook Seawolves football team represented Stony Brook University in the sport of American football during the 2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Seawolves competed in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) as first-year members of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA). This was the team's eighth season under the helm of Chuck Priore. They played their home games at Kenneth P. Stadium College Sports (formerly Fox College Sports) is a group of three American sports networks. Owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group and Entertainment Studios (under the joint venture Diamond Sports Group), the three channels air college and high school sporting events and programming. The 2013 Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens football team represented the University of Delaware as a member of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) during the 2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season.
