The 2013 FIRA-AER Women's Sevens – Division B was the third level of international women's rugby sevens competitions organised by FIRA-AER during 2013. It featured one tournament hosted in Bratislava. The winners and runners up, Finland and Norway respectively, were promoted to the 2014 Division A. 2014 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Division B is a lowest division European Championships, that will be held in Vingis Park Rugby Stadium, Vilnius, Lithuania. 12 Teams had to compete in the championships: Lithuania, Austria, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Andorra, Turkey, Malta, Latvia, Serbia, Israel, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Rugby Europe is the administrative body for rugby union in Europe. It was formed in 1999 to promote, develop, organise, and administer the game of rugby in Europe under the authority of World Rugby (the sport's global governing body). Norway Women's National Rugby Sevens Team
The Norway women's national rugby union team are a national sporting side of Norway, representing them at rugby union. The side first played in 2003. History Norway made their international debut on 8 May 2003, their first test match was against Germany which they lost heavily with a score of 0–75.
