2013 AIK Fotboll Season
The 2013 season was AIK's 122nd in existence, their 85th season in Allsvenskan and their 8th consecutive season in the league. The team competed in Allsvenskan and Svenska Cupen. Season events Preseason On 8 November 2012, AIK announced the signing of Nabil Bahoui to a three-and-a-half-year contract from IF Brommapojkarna, starting on 1 January. On 14 November 2012, AIK announced the signing of Kennedy Igboananike to a three-year contract from Djurgården, starting on 1 January. April On 3 April, AIK loaned Christian Kouakou to Mjällby, whilst Sal Jobarteh joined AFC Eskilstuna. On 5 April, AIK loaned Emil Skogh to Kongsvinger. On 9 April, AIK loaned Oskar Cederling, Robin Palacios and Adam Bergkvist to Akropolis IF, whilst Adhavan Rajamohan joined on a permanent deal. AIK Fotboll (), more commonly known simply as AIK (), an abbreviation for Allmänna Idrottsklubben (meaning ''the public'' or ''general sports club''), is a Swedish football club competing in Allsvenskan, the top flight of Swedish football. The club was founded 1891 in Stockholm and the football department was formed in 1896. AIK's home ground is Friends Arena, located in Solna, just north of Stockholm City Centre. Djurgårdens IF Fotbollsförening – commonly known as Djurgårdens IF, Djurgården Fotboll (official name), Djurgården (), and (especially locally) Djurgår'n (), Dif or DIF – is the men's association football department of its parent association Djurgårdens IF. Founded 1891 on the island of Djurgården, the club's home ground is Tele2 Arena, situated in the Johanneshov district of Stockholm. Viktor Lundberg
Viktor Lundberg (born 4 March 1991) is a Swedish footballer who plays for Helsingborgs IF. Mainly a forward, he can also operate as a midfielder. Career AIK Viktor came through AIK's youth ranks from an early age. In 2008, he was placed in AIK's feeder club FC Väsby United to get senior team experience. 2009 In March 2009 he rejoined AIK but this time to play with the first team. His debut was against fellow Stockholm team IF Brommapojkarna, in which he scored his first goal. He took place in the starting eleven and it took less than two minutes until he scored. Daniel Tjernström
Leif Daniel Tjernström (born 19 February 1974) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He is best remembered for his time with AIK which he represented between 1999 and 2013 and played 395 games for. A full international between 1997 and 1999, he won five caps for the Sweden national team. Ivan Turina (3 October 1980 – 2 May 2013) was a Croatian footballer who played at both professional and international levels as a goalkeeper. Club career Turina started his professional career with his youth club Dinamo Zagreb in 1998. Before settling as a first-team member in 2003, he completed loan spells at Croatia Sesvete, Kamen Ingrad and Osijek. He was Dinamo Zagreb's first-choice goalkeeper during the 2005–06 season, when the club won their first league title in two years.
