2012–13 FC Lokomotiv Moscow Season
The 2012–13 Lokomotiv Moscow season involved the club competing in the Russian Premier League and Russian Cup. It was Slaven Bilić's first season as manager and ended with the worst league result of the team (9th, the lower part of the table) since establishing of Russian Championship in 1992. As a result, the contract of Bilić was terminated by mutual agreement on 17 June 2013. FC Lokomotiv Moscow (''FC Lokomotiv Moskva'', russian: link=no, Футбольный клуб "Локомотив" Москва, ) is a Russian professional football club based in Moscow. Lokomotiv have won the Russian Premier League on three occasions; the Soviet Cup twice; and the Russian Cup a record nine times. After the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the European Club Association suspended the team. History Early years Lokomotiv was founded as Kazanka (Moskovsko-Kazanskaya Zh.D) in 1922. FC Kuban Krasnodar
FC Kuban (russian: link=no, Футбольный клуб "Кубань" Краснодар) was a Russian football club based in Krasnodar. The team began playing in the Russian Premier League in 2011, after it was promoted for winning the Russian First Division. FC Kuban was one of the oldest football clubs in Russia. Founded as Dynamo of the Krasnodar NKVD, FC Kuban changed its affiliations because of changing politics in the USSR. Club members and fans were called "Kubantsy" () (because of its Kuban, location) or "yellow-greens" (the club colours). The team was also known as the "Cossacks" by fans. Roman Aleksandrovich Shishkin (russian: Роман Александрович Шишкин; born 27 January 1987) is a Russian association footballer who plays as a right-back. Football Club Dnipro ( uk, Футбо́льний Клуб «Дніпро́», ) was a Ukrainian football club based in Dnipro. The club was owned by the Privat Group that also owns BC Dnipro and Budivelnyk Kyiv. Vitaliy Gennadyevich Denisov (; born 23 February 1987) is an Uzbek professional footballer of Belarusian origin, who plays as a left-back for Sogdiana Jizzakh. FC Saturn Ramenskoye (russian: Фк Сатурн Ра́менское) is a Russian football club, based in the town of Ramenskoye in Moscow Oblast. It is also sometimes referred to as FC Saturn Moscow Region (russian: Фк Сатурн Московской области, FK Saturn Moskovskaya Oblast). History The club was founded in 1946.
