Nigel Burton
Nigel Burton (born July 30, 1976) is an American football commentator for the Pac-12 television network and the former head coach for the Portland State Vikings college football team. Playing career Burton grew up in Sacramento where he attended Jesuit High School. He attended the University of the Pacific in 1995, but when the school eliminated its football program the following year, he transferred to the University of Washington, where he graduated in 1999 with a bachelor's degree. He played safety for both schools' football teams. He earned all-academic honors from the Pacific-10 Conference three times at Washington and later earned a masters in business administration at the University of South Florida. Coaching career Burton's first coaching job was as a defensive assistant for South Florida in 2000. The 2011 Montana State Bobcats football team represented Montana State University as a member of the Big Sky Conference during the 2011 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by fifth-year head coach Rob Ash, the Bobcats compiled an overall record of 10–3 with a mark of 7–1 in conference place play, sharing the Big Sky title with Montana. Montana vacated its share of the title on July 26, 2013 after the NCAA determined that Montana had played its final six games with ineligible players. Nottingham Field
Nottingham Field is an 8,533-seat multi-purpose stadium in the western United States, located on the campus of the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. It is home to the Northern Colorado Bears football and track and field programs. History Nottingham field was erected in 1995 in order to relieve the aging facilities at Jackson Field. The Dam Cup is an American college football rivalry in the Pacific Northwest between the Eastern Washington Eagles and the Portland State Vikings. Both are members of the Big Sky Conference in the Football Championship Subdivision of NCAA Division I. The Dam Cup began in 2010 as a multi-sport competition between the two schools.
