2010–11 HNK Hajduk Split Season
The 2010–11 season was the 100th season in Hajduk Split's history and their twentieth in the Prva HNL. Their second-place finish in the 2009–10 season meant it was their 20th successive season playing in the Prva HNL. It was the third tenure for manager Stanko Poklepović at Hajduk, after he was appointed following Edoardo Reja's departure to Lazio in February 2010. Poklepović won the Croatian Cup's previous season, his third silverware. The season covers a period from 1 June 2010 to 31 May 2011. There were no arrivals during the pre-season transfer window, with players leaving the club or reducing their contractual obligations to ease the club's financial situation. HNK Hajduk Split
Hrvatski nogometni klub Hajduk Split, commonly referred to as Hajduk Split () or simply Hajduk, is a Croatian professional football club based in Split, that competes in the Croatian First League, the top tier in Croatian football. Since 1979, the club's home ground has been the 34,198-seater Stadion Poljud. The team's traditional home colours are white shirts with blue shorts and blue socks. The idea to form a football club was started by group of Split students who were studying in Prague. After observing a game between Slavia and Sparta Prague, the group gathered at the U Fleků tavern and talked of creating a football club at home. NK Domžale
Nogometni klub Domžale ( en, Domžale Football Club), commonly referred to as NK Domžale or simply Domžale, is a Slovenian football club that plays in the town of Domžale. They have won both the Slovenian League and the Slovenian Cup twice. History NK Domžale were founded in 1920 as ''SK Disk''. The club's golden age began in the summer of 2002, when Slaviša Stojanovič became a head coach and brought them into the Slovenian top division. Miroslav Blažević
Miroslav "Ćiro" Blažević (; born 10 February 1935) is a Croatian former professional football manager and player. His professional playing career spanned from 1954 to 1966, during which he played for Dinamo Zagreb, Lokomotiva Zagreb, FK Sarajevo, HNK Rijeka and Swiss clubs FC Sion and FC Moutier. As a manager, his most successful period was with the Croatia national team, which he led to the quarter-finals in the 1996 European Championship and won third place at the 1998 FIFA World Cup. He also managed the following national teams: Switzerland, Iran, Bosnia and Herzegovina and China Olympic. Goran Rubil
Goran Rubil (born 9 March 1981) is a Croatian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Rubil started his career in his hometown club Marsonia Slavonski Brod. At the age of 17 he moved to France to play for FC Nantes, where he remained until the end of the 2004–05 season. During his time at Nantes he played only ten league matches for the club, but was a regular in the Croatian U19 and U21 sides. He spent the 2003–04 season on loan with Stade Lavallois where he had eight appearances and scored one goal. He acquired French nationality by naturalization on 1 August 2005. In mid-2005 he signed for the J2 League team Shonan Bellmare. Melbourne City Football Club is an Australian professional soccer club based in the south–eastern Melbourne suburb of Cranbourne East, that plays in the A-League, the top level of Australian soccer, under licence from Australian Professional Leagues (APL). Josip Skoko (born 10 December 1975) is an Australian former professional footballer who played as a central midfielder for North Geelong Warriors, Hajduk Split, Genk, Gençlerbirliği, Wigan Athletic, Stoke City and Melbourne Heart. Skoko has been described as a central midfielder with "superb on-ball ability, inch perfect passing, and his ability to turn defence to attack in an instant." Hrvatski nogometni klub Šibenik ( en, Croatian Football Club Šibenik), better known as HNK Šibenik or simply Šibenik (), is a Croatian professional football club based in Šibenik. It competes in the Croatian Football League, and plays their home matches at the Stadion Šubićevac, which has a capacity of 3,412.
