2010 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships – Men's 100 Metre Freestyle
The men's 100 metre freestyle competition at the 2010 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 19 at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center. The last champion was Brent Hayden Brent Matthew Hayden (born October 21, 1983) is a Canadian competitive swimmer. Representing Canada for a decade, Hayden is regarded as the fastest swimmer in Canadian history. Hayden won a bronze medal in the 100 m freestyle at the 2012 Summ ... of Canada. Eamon Sullivan
Eamon Wade Sullivan (born 30 August 1985) is an Australian former sprint swimmer, three-time Olympic medallist, and former world record-holder in two events. He was also the winner of the first season of '' Celebrity MasterChef Australia'', and followed up his swimming career with a number of food business ventures. Henrique Cavalcanti Rodrigues (born 4 February 1991) is a Brazilian competitive swimmer. International career 2008–12 He won the bronze medal in the 4×100-metre freestyle at the 2008 FINA Youth World Swimming Championships in Monterrey. Participating in 2009 World Aquatics Championships in Rome, Henrique finished 15th in the 200-metre individual medley, and 33rd in the 400-metre individual medley. Richard "Ricky" Berens (born April 21, 1988) is an American former competition swimmer, two-time Olympic gold medalist, world champion, and current world record-holder. As a member of the U.S. national team, he holds the world record in the 4×200-meter freestyle relay (long course). He competed in the 4×100-meter and 4×200-meter freestyle relay events, as well as the individual 200-meter freestyle at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Kenrick Monk
Kenrick John Monk (born 1 January 1988) is an Australian swimmer who competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, as well as at an international level through the FINA World Aquatics Championships, Pan Pacific Swimming Championships, and the Commonwealth Games. Nicholas Ffrost
Nicholas David Ffrost (born 14 August 1986) is an Australian freestyle swimmer and relay veteran who has contributed to the Australian 4×200-metre freestyle relay to capture 8 international medals. He was an Australian Institute of Sport scholarship holder. Ffrost's first international meet was the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Ffrost competed in the 4×200-metre freestyle relay. Nicolas Nilo César de Oliveira (born 4 August 1987) is a Brazilian former freestyle swimmer who specialized in sprint events. International career 2006–2008 Oliveira swam at the 2006 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships, where he finished 6th in the 4 × 200-metre freestyle, 14th in the 100-metre freestyle, 25th in the 200-metre freestyle, and was disqualified in the 4 × 100-metre freestyle. Lyndon Ferns
Lyndon Ferns (born 24 September 1983 in Pietersburg, South Africa) is a retired Olympic gold-medalist and former world record swimmer from South Africa. He swam for South Africa at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics. At the 2004 Olympics, he was a member of South Africa's Men's 4×100 m freestyle relay that won the event in a world record. Three of the team were a part of the relay that broke the record and won gold at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Cameron Colin Prosser (born 7 March 1985) is an Australian freestyle swimmer. Career Prosser was born in Melbourne, Victoria, and first competed for Australia at the 2006 Oceania Swimming Championships in Cairns where he won gold medals in the 50 and 100 metre freestyle events and with Kirk Palmer, Tim La Forest and Grant Brits won gold in the 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay, setting a new championship record in each event.
