Rune Holta
Rune Holta (born 29 August 1973 in Stavanger, Norway) is a speedway rider. He grew up in Randaberg Norway, but has been a Polish citizen since 2002, allowing him to represent Poland in international competitions and was a member of their Speedway World Cup winning teams in 2005, 2007 & 2010. He has also won the Polish Championship in 2003 and 2007. In 2020, he rode for Dackarna Malilla in the Swedish Elit League and for Włókniarz Częstochowa in the Polish Ekstraliga. In 2022, he helped PSŻ Poznań win the 2022 2.Liga. Awards For his sport achievements, he received: Golden Cross of Merit in 2007. Speedway Grand Prix Plane crash In 2007 Holta survived a plane crash with fellow rider Tomasz Gollob. The plane, flown by Władysław Gollob, crashed on the way to a meeting at Tarnów. Zbigniew Suchecki
Zbigniew Suchecki (born 21 July 1984 in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland) is a motorcycle speedway rider from Poland. Career Suchecki rode for Stal Gorzów Wielkopolski from 2001 to 2002, before joining Zielona Góra for five seasons. In 2007, he made his British debut for Ipswich Witches, during the same season he was 5th in 2007 Individual Speedway European Championship. In 2008, he moved from Ipswich to Poole Pirates for the 2008 Elite League speedway season, which proved to be his last season in Britain. However, he continued to ride in Poland for various clubs in all three divisions of Polish speedway ( Ekstraliga, Polish Speedway First League and the Polish Speedway Second League). In 2022, he completed his third season for Start Gniezno. Aleksandr Loktaev
Aleksandr Loktaev or Oleksandr Lokatev (, born January 10, 1994) is a Ukrainian speedway rider. He represented Falubaz Zielona Góra in the 2010 Speedway Ekstraliga. In international competitions he represents Ukraine. In 2010 he qualified for the 2010 Individual Speedway Junior World Championship Semi-Final One. One week before the Semi-Final, Loktaev was injured at Danish Speedway League between Holstebro and Vojens. He was replaced by track reserve Simon Nielsen. Niels Kristian Trochmann Iversen (, born 20 June 1982 in Esbjerg, Denmark) is an international motorcycle speedway rider. He was part of the Danish teams that won the Speedway World Cup in 2006, 2008, 2012 and 2014. Early life Niels-Kristian Trochmann was born 20 June 1982 in Esbjerg, Denmark to Ann Marie and Flemming Iversen. Growing up with older brother Soren, Iversen decided he want to be a speedway rider. His local town Esbjerg had a track where Iversen began to learn his desired trade. Quickly moving up the ranks in Denmark, his first title came in 1994 at the 50cc Danish Individual Championship. Moving up to 80cc in 1997 saw him win his second title at 15 years old. In 1998 Iversen moved up to full size 500cc bikes as he set his sights on a bigger and better future. Nicki Pedersen
Nicki Pedersen (born 2 April 1977) is a Danish motorcycle speedway rider. He has won the World Championship in 2003, 2007 and 2008 and was a World Cup winner with Denmark in 2006, 2008, 2012 and 2014. His brother, Ronni Pedersen, has also ridden in the Speedway Grand Prix and World Cup. Career Domestic teams Pedersen began speedway racing aged 11 at Danish club Fjelsted.
