FC Honka
FC Honka is a Finnish football club based in Espoo. It was founded in 1957 as Tapion Honka, and changed its name to FC Honka in 1975. The club currently play in the Finnish premier division (''Veikkausliiga''), having been promoted for the first time in their history at the end of the 2005 season. It plays its home matches at the Tapiolan Urheilupuisto. FC Honka is largely renowned in Finland for its extensive youth scheme with over 1,000 youth players playing in various age groups. It also has a women's team in the Kansallinen Liiga. History Until 2005 FC Honka was thought of as a "nearly, but not quite" team, a promising but always underachieving side in the Finnish First Division (Ykkönen). Joel Perovuo
Joel Perovuo (born 11 August 1985 in Helsinki) is a Finnish professional football player who currently plays for the Ykkönen side IF Gnistan in Finland. Besides Finland, he has played in Sweden and Poland. Career Perovuo began his career with Espoon PS in the youth side, before moving to FC Honka. He gradually became an important player in the Honka team. In December 2009 Djurgården announced that Perovuo had signed with the Swedish team. On 12 August 2011 it was announced that Perovuo had signed for the reigning Finnish champions, HJK, for two-and-half years. He made his debut for HJK on 18 August as he came on as a substitute in a 2–0 home victory over Schalke in the Europa League playoff-round. Rami "Rambo" Hakanpää (born 9 October 1978) is a Finnish football coach and a former player. He is the manager of PKKU. Career Hakanpää started his footballing career at his local club FC Jazz and was signed by HJK in 2000. Demba Savage (born 17 June 1988) is a Gambian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Finnish club TPS. A right winger, who can also operate on the left wing or as a striker, he is mostly known for his blazing speed and dribbling skills. FC Haka
FC Haka is a Finnish football club based in the industry town of Valkeakoski. It is currently competing in Finland's premier division of football, Veikkausliiga. It is one of the most successful clubs in Finland, with nine Finnish championships and 12 Finnish Cup wins. History Haka has historically had close ties with the paper industry in the Valkeakoski area, and it is still sponsored by UPM Kymmene. The club was founded as ''Valkeakosken Haka'' in 1934. Jani Bäckman (born 20 March 1988) is a Finnish former football player. Career Bäckman began his career with IF Sibbo-Vargarna and joined Klubi-04 in 2004. He played his one and only game with the team in Ykkönen against RoPS on 28 April 2007. Bäckman was then transferred to HJK in 2006 and played for their youth side. In January 2007, he was promoted to play with the club’s senior team. After one year with HJK and only one professional game for the club in the Finnish Cup, Bäckman sealed a move to FC Honka. Aleksandr Kokko (born 4 June 1987) is a Russian-born Finnish footballer who plays as a striker for Finnish Veikkausliiga club RoPS. He is of Ingrian Finn descent and emigrated with his family to Pori, Finland at the age of ten. Jussi Vasara (born 14 May 1987) is a retired Finnish footballer who most recently played for Finnish Veikkausliiga club Seinäjoen Jalkapallokerho. International career Vasara represented Finland U21 in the Under 21 European Championships in 2009.
