Randy Wittman
Randy Scott Wittman (born October 28, 1959) is an American former basketball player at the guard position and former coach of the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Washington Wizards. Playing career High school Wittman starred for Indianapolis Ben Davis High School from 1975–1978. He averaged more than 23 points a game for Ben Davis, which remains the second-highest average at the school, and became one of the nation's top recruits. In 1978 he was second to Brad Leaf of all Marion County, Indiana, scorers. College The 6'6" Wittman played college basketball from 1979–1983 for Bob Knight and the Indiana University Hoosiers. The 1979–80 Hoosiers, led by Isiah Thomas, won the Big Ten championship and advanced to the 1980 Sweet Sixteen. Chris Richard (basketball)
Chris Richard (born December 25, 1984) is an American former professional basketball player. Richard, a power forward, played college basketball for the University of Florida. He has a wingspan of 7'4½". His role was that of the sixth man that came off the bench for the Florida Gators national championship men's team during the 2006–07 season. He is a former Mr. Basketball in the state of Florida (2002) and scored 8 points to go along with 8 rebounds (5 offensive) in his final game of his college career. The 2007–08 Detroit Pistons season was the 67th season of the franchise, the 60th in the National Basketball Association (NBA), and the 51st in the Detroit area. The Central Division Pistons finished the regular season with a 59-23 record, 14 games ahead of the second place Cavaliers. Their 59 wins were the third most in franchise history. In the NBA Playoffs, Detroit advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals for the sixth consecutive time since 2003, making them the first team since the 1986–87 Los Angeles Lakers to appear that many consecutive times in their respective Conference Finals. The 2007–08 Denver Nuggets season was the 41st season of the franchise, 32nd in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The season saw Allen Iverson play his only full season as a Nugget until he was traded to Detroit midway through the next year. Despite winning 50 games, the Nuggets entered the playoffs as the number 8 seed in the Western Conference. The NBA G League, or simply the G League, is the National Basketball Association's (NBA) official minor league basketball organization. The league was known as the National Basketball Development League (NBDL) from 2001 to 2005, and the NBA Development League (NBA D-League) from 2005 until 2017. Jerry Sichting
Jerry Lee Sichting (born November 29, 1956) is an American basketball coach and retired player of the National Basketball Association (NBA). High school career Jerry Sichting, the , point guard from Martinsville, Indiana, attended Martinsville High School. In his junior year, he led the Artesians to an IHSAA Sectional title. He had an excellent senior season, leading his school to a 21–2 record and another IHSAA Sectional title; he averaged 21 points, while shooting 53 percent from the field and 83 percent at the line in three seasons. Chosen as a 1975 Indiana All-Star, the team toured Europe and Russia. He also played football at the quarterback position, leading his team to an undefeated 10–0 season in 1974. Edward Lewis Pinckney (born March 27, 1963) is an American former professional basketball player. College career He attended Villanova University and was a part of the Villanova Wildcats' 1981 heralded recruiting class that included Gary McLain, who was his roommate, and Dwayne McClain. The trio would call themselves "The Expansion Crew" during their time at Villanova. A forward from The Bronx, New York, Pinckney led regional eight-seed Villanova Wildcats to the NCAA title over the heavily favored Georgetown Hoyas in 1985.
