Their 2nd place finish in the 2006–07 season meant it was their 17th successive season playing in the Prva HNL. HNK Hajduk Split
Hrvatski nogometni klub Hajduk Split, commonly referred to as Hajduk Split () or simply Hajduk, is a Croatian professional football club based in Split, that competes in the Croatian First League, the top tier in Croatian football. Since 1979, the club's home ground has been the 34,198-seater Stadion Poljud. The team's traditional home colours are white shirts with blue shorts and blue socks. The idea to form a football club was started by group of Split students who were studying in Prague. After observing a game between Slavia and Sparta Prague, the group gathered at the U Fleků tavern and talked of creating a football club at home. When they returned to Split, they put their plan in motion and Hajduk was founded on 13 February 1911. Between the early 1920s and 1940, Hajduk regularly participated in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia national championship. Duje Čop
Duje Čop (born 1 February 1990) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Šibenik, on loan from Dinamo Zagreb. Čop made over 140 appearances and scored over 60 goals in the Croatian First Football League, for Hajduk Split, RNK Split, Dinamo Zagreb and Šibenik, finishing as top scorer as Dinamo won the league in 2013–14. Goran Sablić
Goran Sablić (born 4 August 1979) is a Croatian professional football manager and former player. He spent most of his career in Croatia, playing for Hajduk Split and has also played for Ukrainian side Dynamo Kyiv. Sablić has had two spells as manager of RNK Split, he was once manager of Bosnian Premier League club Široki Brijeg and also managed Moldovan First League club Sheriff Tiraspol. Hrvoje Milić (; born 10 May 1989) is a former Croatian professional footballer who last played as a full back for Zrinski Jurjevac. Marin Ljubičić (born 15 June 1988) is a Croatian footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for NK Dugopolje. Ante Rukavina (born 18 June 1986) is a retired Croatian footballer who last played for Viborg FF. He also played at Šibenik, Hajduk Split and Panathinaikos earlier in his career. Srđan Andrić
Srđan Andrić (born 5 January 1980) is a Croatian former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He was most recently the youth academy director of Hajduk Split. Club career Andrić started his career with Croatia's Hajduk Split. He made his debut for the club in the 1999–2000 Prva HNL aged 19 years old.
