The 2006 House elections in Kentucky occurred on November 7, 2006 to elect the members of the State of Kentucky's delegation to the United States House of Representatives. Kentucky had six seats in the House, apportioned according to the 2000 United States Census. These elections occurred simultaneously with the United States Senate elections of 2006, the United States House elections in other states, and various state and local elections. Geoffrey Clark Davis (born October 26, 1958) is an American businessman, politician and former U.S. Representative for , serving from 2005 to 2012. He is a member of the Republican Party. The district includes 24 counties in the northeastern part of the state, stretching from the fringes of the Louisville area to the West Virginia border.
