Rochelle Gilmore
Rochelle Gilmore (born 14 December 1981) is an Australian former racing cyclist, owner and manager of the professional cycling team . Career Born in Sutherland, New South Wales, Gilmore competed in track cycling in her teens, before specialising in road racing for more than 10 years. In 2006, she won a stage at the Geelong Women's Tour, took second behind teammate Katherine Bates in the points race at the Commonwealth Games in 2002 and 2006, and earned top five finishes in a Giro d'Italia Femminile stage, the Geelong World Cup, and the Liberty Classic. Gilmore was often referred to in the media as the 'bridesmaid', as she constantly finished runner-up in many events. In the road race at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, she broke the jinx and won the gold medal in the race. After her retirement she said she felt she achieved her maximum potential during her career through hard work and extensive preparation. Geneviève Jeanson
Geneviève Jeanson (born August 29, 1981) is a former professional bicycle racer from Quebec, Canada. She won the world junior road and time trial championships in 1999 and the Tour de Snowy in 2000. Later that year she won La Flèche Wallonne World Cup race. She joined the Canadian Olympic team that year. She acknowledged in a documentary on Radio-Canada (the French-language CBC) on September 20, 2007, that she had been administered EPO more or less continuously since she was 16 years old. After residing in Phoenix, Arizona and San Diego, California (where she studied sociology and psychology), Jeanson came back to Lachine, Quebec in 2012 to live with her once estranged parents and complete her college-level education at the Saint-Anne Collégial International. In autumn 2014, she attended Concordia University, in Montreal, where she studied neuroscience. Judith Arndt (born 23 July 1976) is a retired German professional cyclist, who last rode for the GreenEDGE-AIS cycling team. She won the bronze medal in the 3000 m pursuit event at the 1996 Summer Olympics when she was 20. In 2004, she won the world road race championship and came second in the Olympic road race. Career Arndt won the national individual pursuit championship four times and Olympic bronze in the same competition. But a viral infection during the 2000 Summer Olympics – causing a disappointing outcome – marked the turning in her career. In two years, she finished third in the Grande Boucle (sometimes referred to as the "women's Tour de France)" in 2003, won the Tour de l'Aude twice (2002 and 2003), and added a silver medal in the road time trial at the 2003 world championship in Hamilton, Ontario. Svetlana Bubnenkova
Svetlana Yuryevna Bubnenkova-Stolbova (Russian Светлана Юрьевна Бубненкова; born 2 January 1973 in Izhevsk, Udmurtia) is a racing cyclist from Russia. She represented her native country at three Summer Olympics: 1996, 2000 and 2004. Her biggest achievement was winning the 2002 Giro d'Italia Femminile. Bubnenkova twice won the world title in the women's team time trial (1993, 1994). She tested positive for the use of EPO in the Tour Féminin en Limousin 2006. In June 2007 she was suspended for two years by the French doping association. Later the UCI adopted this suspension, but due to miscommunications Bubnenkova continued to race in 2007. At the end of 2007 the UCI disqualified Bubnenkova in all races she started between June and September 2007.
