Peterborough United F
Peterborough () is a cathedral city in Cambridgeshire, east of England. It is the largest part of the City of Peterborough unitary authority district (which covers a larger area than Peterborough itself). It was part of Northamptonshire until 1974, when county boundary change meant the city became part of Cambridgeshire instead. The city is north of London, on the River Nene which flows into the North Sea to the north-east. In 2020 the built-up area subdivision had an estimated population of 179,349. In 2021 the Unitary Authority area had a population of 215,671. The local topography is flat, and in some places, the land lies below sea level, for example in parts of the Fens to the east and to the south of Peterborough. Bradford is a city status in the United Kingdom, city and the administrative centre of the City of Bradford district in West Yorkshire, England. The city is in the Pennines' eastern foothills on the banks of the Bradford Beck. Steve Jenkins
Stephen Robert Jenkins (born 16 July 1972) is a former Wales international footballer. A full back, he won 16 Welsh caps between 1995 and 2001. He began his career at Swansea, where he was a part of the team that won the 1994 Football League Trophy Final after a penalty shootout. After a seven-year spell at Huddersfield Town, in which he became not only the captain but a well established fans' favourite, Jenkins signed for Swindon Town in 2005, but after Swindon's relegation to League Two and the appointment of Dennis Wise as manager, Jenkins' offer of a new deal at the County Ground was withdrawn and he was released. Huddersfield is a market town in the Kirklees district in West Yorkshire, England. It is the administrative centre and largest settlement in the Kirklees district. The town is in the foothills of the Pennines. The River Holme's confluence into the similar-sized Colne to the south of the town centre which then flows into the Calder in the north eastern outskirts of the town. Andy Clarke (footballer)
Andrew Weston Clarke (born 22 July 1967) is an English former footballer. A striker, he scored 74 goals in 410 league games in a 14-year career in the English Football League. After helping Barnet to the Conference title in 1990–91, he was signed to Wimbledon, a Football League side, at the relatively late age of 23. He played for the "Dons" in the Premier League, before being loaned out to Port Vale in 1998 and Northampton Town in 1999. He joined Peterborough United in June 1999, and scored the only goal of the Third Division play-off final in 2000. He retired in May 2005. Andrew Legg (born 28 July 1966) is a Welsh football manager and former Wales international player. Born in Neath, he began his professional career with Swansea City after joining the club from local non-league football at the age of 22. He made his senior debut in 1988 and went on to make over 150 appearances for the club in all competitions before being sold to Notts County in 1993. David Farrell (footballer, Born 1971)
David William Farrell (born 11 November 1971) is a former footballer. Farrell made over 400 appearances in the Football League for Wycombe Wanderers, Peterborough United and Boston United between 1995 and 2007. Career Farrell began his career at non-league club Redditch United in 1991 before joining Aston Villa in 1992 for a fee of £45,000. He made eight league and cup appearances for Aston Villa in three seasons and then joined Wycombe Wanderers for a fee of £100,000, where he made over 70 appearances in all competitions in two seasons.
