The 2004–05 Israeli Women's Cup ( he, גביע המדינה נשים, ''Gvia HaMedina Nashim'') was the seventh season of Israel's women's nationwide football cup competition. The competition was won, for the third consecutive time, by Maccabi Holon, who had beaten ASA Tel Aviv University 2–1 in the final. Hapoel ( he, הפועל, lit. ''the worker'') is an Israeli Jewish sports association established in 1926 by the Histadrut Labor Federation. History During the British Mandate of Palestine period Hapoel had a bitter rivalry with Maccabi and organized its own competitions, with the exception of football, the only sport in which all the organizations played each other.
