Djurgårdens IF Fotbollsförening – commonly known as Djurgårdens IF, Djurgården Fotboll (official name), Djurgården (), and (especially locally) Djurgår'n (), Dif or DIF – is the men's association football department of its parent association Djurgårdens IF. Founded 1891 on the island of Djurgården, the club's home ground is Tele2 Arena, situated in the Johanneshov district of Stockholm. Competing in the highest Swedish tier, Allsvenskan, the club has won the league twelve times and the cup five times. The league titles have mainly been won during three separate eras. The first period was the 1910s, when they won four league titles. The second era occurred in the 1950s and 60s, when Djurgården also won the league four times. The most recent era was the first half of the 00s when they won both the league and the cup three times. From 2017 to the current day, the club has seen a boom, both nationally and internationally, highlighted by the Svenska Cupen title in 2018 ...

Fredrik Stenman
Erik Karl-Fredrik Stenman (; born 2 June 1983) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a defender. Starting off his career in the early 2000s with Västerås SK, he went on to play professionally in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium before ending his professional career with Djurgårdens IF in 2015. A full international between 2006 and 2011, he won three caps for the Sweden national team and was a squad member for Sweden at the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Club career Stenman was born in Munktorp, and began his professional career with Västerås SK in 1999. He would go on to make his Allsvenskan debut for IF Elfsborg in 2002, and then signed for Djurgårdens IF in the summer of 2003. Markus Johannesson
Markus Johannesson (born 29 May 1975) is a Swedish former football defender and football commentator. Career Johannesson started his career at Rölanda IF, but moved on to Eds FF and IK Oddevold before he was signed by Örgryte IS in 1997. In 2004, Johannesson left Örgryte IS for Djurgårdens IF. He won The Double with Djurgården in 2005 and was also the captain of the team. He has been capped five times and scored one goal for the Sweden national football team. He was later on the 2009 season on the bench for Kebba Ceesay. But later on he took back his place but then as a defensive midfielder where he used to play with Örgryte IS. Johannesson scored his first league goal for Djurgården in his last game against Kalmar FF, helping Djurgården to reach relegation round against Assyriska FF. Pa Dembo Touray
Pa Dembo Touray (born 31 March 1980,), is the goalkeeper coach of Prespa Birlik. He is a former Gambian football goalkeeper and national team player for Gambia. Club career Touray, an English spelling of the name "Touré", began his footballing career with Real de Banjul F.C. in Gambia. In 2000, he moved to Stockholm in Sweden to play for Djurgårdens IF in the highest domestic league, Allsvenskan. Touray spent two respective loan spells with Assyriska FF and Vålerenga IF before returning to Djurgårdens IF following the sale of Swedish international goalkeeper Andreas Isaksson. Andreas Isaksson
Jan Andreas Isaksson (; born 3 October 1981) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Isaksson began his career at local Trelleborgs FF, before briefly representing Juventus. He would later return to Sweden, where he won two Allsvenskan titles with Djurgårdens IF. After two seasons with Rennes, he was signed for £2 million by Manchester City of the Premier League, where he was not a regular. After four seasons in the Eredivisie with PSV, he joined Kasımpaşa in Turkey on a free transfer in 2012. Charalambos "Babis" Stefanidis ( el, Χαράλαμπος "Μπάμπης" Στεφανίδης; born 8 March 1981) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder, and now manager. Bo Markus Karlsson (born 30 August 1972) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a defender. Karlsson joined Djurgården from BKV Norrtälje for the 1996 season as a midfielder. He was captain of the very successful Djurgården squad that won back-to-back Swedish championships in 2002 and 2003, including the league-cup double in 2002. Henrik Daniel "Daja" Sjölund (born 22 April 1983) is a Finnish former footballer who played as a midfielder. He is best remembered for his stints with Djurgårdens IF and IFK Norrköping. Gijsbertus Cornelis "Geert" den Ouden (born 24 July 1976) is a Dutch former professional footballer who played as a striker.
