Swedish Football Division 2
Division 2 is the fourth level in the league system of Swedish football and comprises 84 Swedish football teams. Division 2 had status as the official second level from 1928 to 1986 but was replaced by Division 1 in 1987. It then had status as the official third level until 2005 but was replaced once again by the recreated Division 1 in 2006. Overview In the Division, there are 84 clubs which are divided in six groups of 14 teams each representing a geographical area. During the course of a season (starting in April and ending in October) each club plays the others twice, once at their home stadium and once at that of their opponents, for a total of 26 games. At the end of each season the two lowest placed teams of each group are relegated to Division 3 and the twelve winning teams from the twelve Division 3 leagues are promoted in their place while the third lowest placed teams in the Division 2 leagues plays promotion/relegation play-offs against the twelve second placed te ...

Rynninge IK
Rynninge IK is a Swedish football club located in Rynninge in north-eastern Örebro. Background Rynninge Idrottsklubb were founded in 1932 and have concentrated on the sports of football and handball. The club now only participates in football but in the 1940s the club's handball team reached the quarterfinals of the Swedish Handball Championship. Since their foundation Rynninge IK has participated mainly in the middle divisions of the Swedish football league system and has hovered mostly between Divisions 3 and 4 although in recent years this has been replaced by Divisions 2 and 3. Athletic Football Club Eskilstuna, also known as AFC Eskilstuna or simply AFC, is a Swedish football club located in Eskilstuna. The club has previously been known under the names FC Café Opera and Väsby United before switching ownership and their identity again in 2012 to AFC United. IFK Gävle was a sports club in Gävle, Sweden. It was founded on 12 March 1897 and the club used the old spelling of their home town's name, ''IFK Gefle'', until 1943. The club has been active in a great number of different sports, like bandy, figure skating, gymnastics, handball, ice hockey, soccer, tennis and track and field athletics. From 2001, only the women's soccer team section remained until the club was dissolved in November 2013. Edsbyns IF, is a bandy team from Edsbyn in Ovanåker Municipality in Sweden founded on 6 June 1909. The bandy section of the club was founded as late as in 1925 was formally made a club of its own on 28 June 2000. Edsbyns IF has played in the highest bandy league in Sweden from 1945–1969 and then again since 1971. History Edsbyns IF was founded in 1909.
