The 1998 Tercera División play-offs to Segunda División B from Tercera División (Promotion play-offs) were the final playoffs for the promotion from 1997–98 Tercera División to 1998–99 Segunda División B The 1998–99 season of Segunda División B of Spanish football started in August 1998 and ended in May 1999 after the play-offs. Club de Fútbol Palencia was a Spanish football team based in Palencia, in the autonomous community of Castile and León. Sociedad Deportiva Amorebieta is a Spanish football team based in Amorebieta-Etxano, in the Basque Country.
