1995–96 Inter Milan Season
During the 1995–96 Italian football season, F.C. Internazionale Milano competed in Serie A. Season summary Inter continued to languish quite far back from the top teams, finishing an unspectacular seventh in the domestic league competition. Despite a reigniting of the team under Roy Hodgson, poached away from Switzerland's national team, Inter was unable to claim a European slot on merit, and was only awarded a UEFA Cup slot thanks to Juventus winning the Champions League. Prior to the season had Inter made three important signings, with Paul Ince, Roberto Carlos and Javier Zanetti all joining the club. Massimo Moratti (born 16 May 1945) is an Italian billionaire petroleum businessman, the former owner of Inter Milan and chairman of the Saras Group, founded in 1962 by his father, industrialist Angelo Moratti. Alessandro Bianchi (; born 7 April 1966) is an Italian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder or as forward, in the position of right winger. Club career Bianchi spent most of his career with Cesena, making his professional debut during the 1985–86 Serie B season and also retiring with the club in 2001, and with Inter. Giorgio Frezzolini (born 21 January 1976) is a retired Italian footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Career A Lazio youth system product, Frezzolini never played for the '' biancocelesti'' and was instead sent on loan to several minor league teams. Benito Carbone (born 14 August 1971) is an Italian football manager and former professional player. He played as a forward, winger or midfielder. Felice Centofanti (born 23 May 1969) is an Italian former footballer who played as a left-back. Career Football Centofanti was born in Teramo. In his long career, he played with many teams, including Internazionale (Inter) during the middle of his career.
