1994–95 UCLA Bruins Men's Basketball Team
The 1994–95 UCLA Bruins men's basketball team represented the University of California, Los Angeles in the 1994–95 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bruins were led by Jim Harrick in his seventh season as head coach. They played their home games at the Pauley Pavilion as member of the Pac-10 Conference. They finished the season 32–1, 17–1 in Pac-10 play to win the regular season championship. They received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 1 seed in the West region. They defeated Florida International, Missouri, Mississippi State, and UConn to advance to the Final Four. There they defeated Oklahoma State and Arkansas to win the National Championship, marking the school's 11th title. Jim Harrick
James Richard Harrick (born July 25, 1938) is a former American basketball coach. He has been the head coach at UCLA, Pepperdine University, the University of Rhode Island and the University of Georgia over a combined total of 23 seasons. During the 1994–1995 season, he led UCLA to a 31–1 record and the school's eleventh national championship, its first since the 1974–75 season. Biography Born in Charleston, West Virginia, Harrick graduated in 1960 from Morris Harvey College, now known as the University of Charleston. He is of Lebanese ancestry. On November 20, 2009 Sally Lee Harrick, his wife of 49 years, died aged 70 from complications of scleroderma. Bob Myers
Robert Michael Myers (born March 31, 1975) is a basketball executive who is the president of basketball operations and general manager for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is a former sports agent with Wasserman Media Group after interning with agent Arn Tellem. Myers played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins from 1993 to 1997. He was a member of their 1995 NCAA championship team. He served as a radio commentator for UCLA basketball for two seasons until 2002. Bellflower is a city located in southeast Los Angeles County, California, in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. It was founded in 1906 and incorporated on September 3, 1957.
