1994 was the third season Russia held its own national football competition since the breakup of the Soviet Union. Club competitions FC Spartak Moscow won the league for the third time in a row. Lower leagues were re-organized, with second-highest First League converted to one zone and a new professional Third League started. Gintaras Staučė (born 24 December 1969) is a Lithuanian football coach and a former player. Club career Among the other teams he played for were Spartak Moscow, Galatasaray in Turkey, and the Bundesliga's MSV Duisburg. International career An outstanding goalkeeper, he won 61 caps for the Lithuanian national football team, and is the former record holder for his country. On 30 August 2004, Staučė announced his international retirement ahead of the start of the 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign, and was replaced in the Lithuanian team by Žydrūnas Karčemarskas. Coaching career Upon retirement, he became part of Stanislav Cherchesov's coaching team as a goalkeeping coach, following Cherchesov with his appointments. Ronald Koeman (; born 21 March 1963) is a Dutch professional football manager and former player. He is the younger brother of his former international teammate Erwin Koeman and the son of former Dutch international Martin Koeman. The team captain of an association football team, sometimes known as the skipper, is a team member chosen to be the on-pitch leader of the team; they are often one of the older or more experienced members of the squad, or a player that can heavily influence a game or has good leadership qualities. The team captain is usually identified by the wearing of an armband. Nikolai Nikolayevich Pisarev (russian: Николай Николаевич Писарев; born 23 November 1968) is a Russian football manager and a former player.
