1994 Austral-Asia Cup
The 1994 Austral-Asia Cup was a cricket tournament held in Sharjah, UAE, between April 13–22, 1994. Six national teams took part: Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and United Arab Emirates. The teams were divided into two groups of three who played each other, round robin, with the winner and runner-up of each group progressing to the semi-finals. Pakistan won the tournament, defeating India India, officially the Republic of India (Hindi: ), is a country in South Asia. One Day International
A One Day International (ODI) is a form of limited overs cricket, played between two teams with international status, in which each team faces a fixed number of overs, currently 50, with the game lasting up to 9 hours. The Cricket World Cup, generally held every four years, is played in this format. One Day International matches are also called Limited Overs Internationals (LOI), although this generic term may also refer to Twenty20 International matches. They are major matches and considered the highest standard of List A, limited-overs competition. The international one day game is a late-twentieth-century development. Bhupinder Singh (Indian Cricketer)

Arshad Laeeq
Arshad Laeeq (born 28 November 1970), also sometimes known as Arshad Laiq is a former Pakistani-born cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. He played two first-class cricket games for Pakistan Steel in 1986–87 and was a stand-by selection for Pakistan for the 1988 Youth World Cup. He also represented Pakistan at Under-19 level in a three-day match against India. He emigrated to the UAE in 1989, making his international debut in the ICC Trophy in 1993–94. Johanne Abeyratne Samarasekera (born 22 February 1968) is a former Sri Lankan-born cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. After playing twelve first-class games for his native Colombo in 1988–89 to 1989, Samarasekera emigrated to the United Arab Emirates. Rajesh Chauhan
Rajesh Chauhan (; born 19 December 1966) is a former Indian cricketer who played in 21 Tests and 35 One Day Internationals from 1993 to 1998. He was part of the Indian spin trio of Kumble (Leg break) -Raju (Left arm orthodox)-Chauhan (Off break), in the 1990s. Basit Ali (Urdu: باسط علی, born 13 December 1970) is a Pakistani cricket coach and former cricketer who played in 19 Test cricket, Test matches and 50 One Day Internationals from 1993 to 1996. Atul Bedade
Atul Chandrakant Bedade (born 24 September 1966) is a former Indian cricketer. He played domestic cricket for Baroda and represented India in 13 One Day Internationals, making his debut versus UAE at Sharjah in 1994. He was credited to be a big hitter of the cricket ball and an attacking batsman. In the early 90s there was a call in Indian cricketing circles for a batsman who could hit hard and therefore Bedade got his chance.
