1993–94 Ukrainian Transitional League
1993–94 Ukrainian Third League was the second season of the fourth level. The season started on August 21, 1993, with the last games played on July 3, 1994. It was won by Sirius Zhovti Vody. Team change For all relegated and promoted clubs it was a debuting season. FC Nyva Myronivka was officially another club from Karapyshi, Myronivka Raion that moved to Myronivka. Last season Nyva-Borysfen was reorganized and its promotion place was overtaken by a team of Boryspil which was originally sponsoring the Myronivka team. Ukrainian Third League
The Ukrainian Third League ( uk, Третя ліга, ''Tretia Liha''), until 1994 known as the ''Transitional League'' ( uk, Перехідна ліга), was part of the Ukrainian semi-professional football clubs competitions. In 1994, it was renamed as Third League and granted the status of professionals, but during a winter break of 1995 it was decided to discontinue it and merge back with the Ukrainian Second League. History The League as the fourth tier (or third smaller tier) was created after the reorganization once the first championship was completed in 1993. In 1992, original Transitional League was created, which later was transformed into the Ukrainian Second League. The league was created from the pool of clubs of the third tier that did not perform well in the previous season as well as the best new amateur clubs that had won their respective regional competitions. FC Sirius Zhovti Vody
FC Avanhard Zhovti Vody is a Ukrainian amateur football club from Zhovti Vody, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. In 1959–70 as Avanhard the club participated in the championship of the Ukrainian SSR among teams of masters (professional). Since 1993 it was known as Sirius and in 1994 moved to Kryvyi Rih. In 1995 Sirius was merged with a local amateur team Sportinvest Kryvyi Rih which replaced Sirius in competition for year. In 1996 the club folded. It was replaced by Nyva Bershad. In 2010 was the club refounded. Volodymyr Vanin
Volodymyr Vanin ( uk, Высочанский Игорь Брониславович) is a retired Ukrainian footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Volodymyr Vanin started his football career in 1991 as a member of the double of Metalurh Zaporizhzhia. The following year he accepted an invitation from Dynamo Kyiv, but due to huge competition in the first team, Kyiv did not get a chance to prove himself. Therefore, he was sent to the second Dynamo team, for which he made his debut on March 17, 1992, in a draw (0: 0) away match of the 2nd round of subgroup 1 of the First League against Alchevsk "Steel". Volodymyr came on the field in the starting lineup and played the whole match. He scored his debut goal for Kyiv on May 6, 1992, in the 61st minute of the victorious (2: 1) home match of the 14th round of subgroup 1 of the First League against Sumy. Saky
Saky (: ; crh, Saq) or Saki is a town of regional significance in Ukraine, in the Crimean peninsula. Although it is the administrative centre of the Saky Raion, it does not belong to the raion (district), serving instead as the center and the only locality of Saky Municipality.
