1993 Croatian Football Super Cup
The 1993 Croatian Football Super Cup was the second edition of the Croatian Football Super Cup, a two-legged affair contested between 1992–93 Croatian First League winners Croatia Zagreb and 1992–93 Croatian Football Cup winners Hajduk Split. The first leg was played at Stadion Maksimir in Zagreb on 1 August 1993, while the second leg on 7 August 1993 at Stadion Poljud in Split. Croatian Football Super Cup
The Croatian Football Super Cup is a Association football, football match between the winners of the Croatian national Croatian Football League, top league and Croatian Football Cup, football cup. The Super Cup is always held at the beginning of a new football season, and is only held when different clubs win the two most important competitions in the previous season (i.e. the match is not played when a club completes Double (association football), the domestic double). Since the establishment of Croatian football competitions in 1992, the two local powerhouses GNK Dinamo Zagreb, Dinamo, HNK Hajduk Split, Hajduk and HNK Rijeka won doubles on twelve occasions (Dinamo Zagreb 11, Hajduk Split 1, Rijeka 1). The Super Cup wasn't held in periods between 1995–2001, 2007–2009, 2011–2012 and 2015–2018. Dean Računica
Dean Računica (born 5 December 1969) is a Croatian professional football manager and retired player. He was most recently an assistant manager at Watford to Slaven Bilić. Playing career Računica began his career in his hometown Šibenik, where at age 18 became a regular first team player. Then was played for Hajduk Split in the Croatian First League, then later for Austria Salzburg, Hajduk again, for Hapoel Tel Aviv, Hapoel Ironi Rishon LeZion in Israel, and for Chongqing Lifan in China. In 2002 Računica was returned to Hajduk Split, but was ended career due to heart problems. Vatroslav Mihačić
Vatroslav Mihačić (born 30 September 1967) is a retired Croatian football player. He played as goalkeeper for Hajduk Split, Neretva and NK Zagreb in Croatia, and had a four-year spell at Portuguese side Gil Vicente. Playing career He played for Hajduk in the 1990–91 Yugoslav First League, the last season before Croatian clubs decided to leave the league to form 1. HNL, and in the 1991 Yugoslav Cup Final in which Hajduk beat the reigning champions of Europe Red Star Belgrade 1–0 to lift the trophy, alongside club stars such as Igor Štimac, Slaven Bilić, Alen Bokšić and Robert Jarni. With Hajduk he went on to win two Croatian league titles (1992 and 1994) and the 1993 Croatian Cup. After spending the 1994–95 season at NK Neretva he moved to Gil Vicente in Portugal, with whom he won the Liga de Honra in 1999. Miroslav Blažević
Miroslav "Ćiro" Blažević (; born 10 February 1935) is a Croatian former professional football manager and player. His professional playing career spanned from 1954 to 1966, during which he played for Dinamo Zagreb, Lokomotiva Zagreb, FK Sarajevo, HNK Rijeka and Swiss clubs FC Sion and FC Moutier. As a manager, his most successful period was with the Croatia national team, which he led to the quarter-finals in the 1996 European Championship and won third place at the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
