The 1992 Campeonato Nacional, known as Campeonato Nacional Copa Banco del Estado 1992 for sponsorship purposes, was the 60th season of top-flight football in Chile. Cobreloa won fifth title following a 3–2 home win against Fernández Vial on 13 December. Universidad Católica also qualified for the next Copa Libertadores as Liguilla winners. The Chilean Primera División (English: First Division) is the top-tier league of the Chilean football league system. It is organized by the '' ANFP''. The league is known as the Campeonato AFP PlanVital for sponsorship reasons. Format As of the 2018 season, 16 teams compete in the league, playing against each other two times, home and away. Relegation and promotion Currently, the two teams with the worst scores in the season, are relegated to Primera B, and replaced by the Champions and Runners-up of this Division. Club de Deportes La Serena S.A.D.P., is a Chilean football club based in the city of La Serena, Coquimbo Region. José Luis Sierra (footballer, Born 1968)
José Luis "Coto" Sierra Pando (born 5 December 1968) is a Chilean football coach and former player. He is the manager of Al-Wehda. Playing in the midfield, he retired in 2009, and one year later he became the coach of his long-time team Unión Española. He studied in the ''Colegio Hispano Americano'', which belongs to Spanish residents in Chile. In 2015, he became the new coach of Colo-Colo. Club career Unión Española Sierra made his debut in professional soccer with Unión Española on November 1988 against the Universidad de Chile. After two solid campaigns with Unión Española, Sierra was transferred to Real Valladolid in Spain. Richard Zambrano
Luis Richard Zambrano Chávez (; born 20 May 1967), known as just Richard Zambrano, is a Chilean former footballer. Career Zambrano had successful spells in his country and Mexico and retired in 2006, aged 39. His last club was Arturo Fernández Vial, the club where he debuted as a professional after a period of play for Deportes Laja in the mid-1980s. He also played in Venezuela for Deportivo Italchacao in 2001. Hugo Eduardo Rubio Montecinos (born 5 July 1960) is a former Chilean football forward. Rubio's nickname is "Pájaro," which in Spanish is "bird." He was known for his speed and finishing. He played in Chile, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland. Today he is an agent for Pass Ball Sports Management and represents many young Chilean talents such as Luis Jiménez and Matías Fernández. José Saturnino Cardozo Otazú (; born 19 March 1971) is a Paraguayan football manager and former professional footballer. He played as a striker and spent 10 years of his career playing for Toluca and is the club's all-time top goalscorer. He also managed Toluca in 2013 up to 2016. Jorge Luis Dely Valdés (born March 12, 1967) is a Panamanian former footballer who played as a forward. He is a twin brother of Julio Dely Valdés and younger brother of Armando Dely Valdés.
