The match was contested between the Albanian Cup 1992 winners KS Elbasani and the 1991–92 Albanian Superliga champions KS Vllaznia. KS Elbasani won 3-2 by extra time verdict. Albanian Supercup
The Albanian Supercup is a single match usually at the beginning of the season between the winners of the Kategoria Superiore and Albanian Cup. Supercup final was not played in the occasions when the champion team won the Double (association football), Double. However, after year 2000 Albanian Football Association, AFA rules changed and the final would still be played against the Albanian Cup, Cup runner-ups. There have been 29 finals played in total. KF Tirana are the most successful team to have won the trophy 12 times. Klubi I Futbollit Vllaznia Shkodër, commonly known as Vllaznia is an Albanian football club based in the city of Shkodër. It is the association football branch of the Vllaznia Sports Club, which was founded on 16 February 1919. It is also the oldest club in Albania which means it is the first club created in Albania. Hysen Dedja (born 16 October 1960) is an Albanian association football, football manager and former player. Playing career A former defender and captain of his hometown club KF Vllaznia Shkodër, Vllaznia Shkodër, he made his debut for them on 16 October 1978, his 18th birthday, against Flamurtari Vlorë, Flamurtari. He won two league titles and 3 domestic cups with the club. Managerial career Dedja coached Vllaznia three times winning the Albanian Cup in 1998. Klubi i Futbollit Elbasani is an Albanian professional football club based in the city of Elbasan, that last competed in the Kategoria e Dytë, the third tier of football in the country. History The club was formed in 1913 as Klubi Futbollit Urani Elbasan, the result of the fusion between two clubs, ''Afërdita Elbasan'' and ''Përparimi Elbasan''.
