1989 Norwegian Football Cup
The 1989 Norwegian Football Cup was the 84th edition of the Norwegian Football Cup. The final took place at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo on 22 October 1989. Viking were in their 8th final (3 wins and 4 runners-up), while Molde were in their second final after losing the 1982 final against Brann and therefore had the chance to win the first trophy in the club's history. The match was drawn and was replayed on 29 October 1989 resulting in a win for Viking. Rosenborg BK
Rosenborg Ballklub, commonly referred to simply as Rosenborg () or RBK, is a Norwegian professional football club from Trondheim that plays in Eliteserien. The club has won a record 26 league titles, a shared record 12 Norwegian Football Cup titles and have played more UEFA matches than any other Norwegian team. RBK play their home games at the all-seater Lerkendal Stadion which has a capacity of 21,421. The club was founded as Odd in 1917 but were not allowed to play amateur league matches until 1928, when they took the present name. They reached the League of Norway in 1937–38, but were relegated to lower divisions during the 1940s. The club moved to Lerkendal in 1957 and their first title was the 1960 Cup, resulting in their first participation in a UEFA tournament. Aurskog-Finstadbru Sportsklubb is a Norwegian sports club from Aurskog-Høland, Akershus. It has sections for association football, handball, cycling, swimming, and Nordic skiing. It was founded on 29 November 1903. The club's best known members are ski jumper Lasse Ottesen and speed skater Anette Tønsberg. The men's football team plays in the Fourth Division, the fifth tier of Norwegian football. Its last stint in the Third Division came in 2009. Moss Fotballklubb is a Norwegian football club, founded on 28 August 1906. They play in the 2. divisjon, the third highest division in the Norwegian football league system. They played in the Norwegian top flight between 1937-1939, 1953-1954, 1977-1985 (9 seasons), 1987-1990 (4 seasons), 1996 and 1998-2002. The club came close to earning promotion to the top flight in 2005, but lost the play-off against Molde. Stadium Moss play their home games at Melløs stadion, which has a capacity of around 10,000. Because of national rules of professional license for top clubs in Norway, the stadium has only been certified for 3,085 spectators. Built in 1939, it has remained the club's home ground ever since. The record attendance is 10,085, set in 2003 against rivals Fredrikstad. Røros ( sma, Plaassja, ) is a municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Røros. Ålgård Fotballklubb is a men's football club located in Ålgård, Norway that was founded in 1915. Ålgård played in Hovedserien, then the highest division in Norway, for several years after World War II. The club has been playing mainly at the third tier level, and was last promoted to 2. divisjon in 2002. In Rogaland, Ålgård has one of the largest groups of participants in the sport of football in the clubs and has many teams in the youth league. The available talent keeps the club in 2. divisjon. Kopervik is the largest town on the island of Karmøy in Rogaland county, Norway. It is also the administrative centre of the municipality of Karmøy. Nøtterøy is an island and a former municipality in the present-day municipality of Færder in Vestfold and Telemark county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality was the village of Borgheim. The parish of ''Nøtterø'' was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt).
