Kim Soo-hyun (; born February 16, 1988) is a South Korean actor. One of the highest-paid actors in South Korea, his accolades include four Baeksang Arts Awards, two Grand Bell Awards and one Blue Dragon Film Award. Inbee Park (, or ; born 12 July 1988) is a South Korean professional golfer who plays on the LPGA Tour and the LPGA of Japan Tour. She has been the number one ranked player in the Women's World Golf Rankings for four separate runs: April 2013 to June 2014, October 2014 to February 2015, June 2015 to October 2015, and from April to July 2018. Taeyang
Dong Young-bae (; born May 18, 1988), better known by his stage names Taeyang (meaning "sun" in Korean) and SOL (when performing in Japan), is a South Korean singer, songwriter and dancer. Choi Da-seul (born April 25, 1988 in Seoul, South Korea), popularly known as Dasuri Choi, is a South Korean dancer and entertainer based in the Philippines. Dasuri won Best in Talent and is the 2nd Runner-up winner in the segment, "You're My Foreignay", of the longest-running noontime show in the Philippines, Eat Bulaga!. Kim Shin-wook (; ; born 14 April 1988) is a South Korean professional footballer who plays as a striker for Singapore Premier League club Lion City Sailors and the South Korea national team. Club career Ulsan Hyundai Kim spent his youth training either as a central defender or a defensive midfielder, but upon suggestion by his manager, he changed his position into a forward a few weeks after signing his first professional contract with Ulsan Hyundai. At first, he struggled to adjust in the new position but lately he has been proving his worth by being one of the top forwards in the Korean football league. Kim Myung-sung (Hangul: 김명성) (born April 8, 1988) is a South Korean pitcher. He bats and throws right-handed. Kim was selected fifth overall by the Lotte Giants in the 2011 KBO Draft. Amateur career Kim was born in Seoul, and completed his mediocre high school career at Jangchung High School in Seoul, where his main position was an infielder. Kim went undrafted in the 2007 KBO Draft, and enrolled at Chung-Ang University to continue his baseball career. Kim began his collegiate career as a third baseman in , but the freshman infielder, who had a weak bat but a strong arm, converted from a position player to a pitcher. Kim broke out in the season with a 5–2 record and a 2.71 ERA, appearing in 16 games as a starting pitcher. Kim Ji-yeon (Hangul: 김지연; or ; born 12 March 1988) is a South Korean left-handed sabre fencer. Kim is a five-time team Asian champion and four-time individual Asian champion. A three-time Olympian, Kim is a 2021 team Olympic bronze medalist and 2012 individual Olympic champion.
