Alan Ainscow (born 15 July 1953) is an English former professional footballer who made more than 450 appearances in the Football League. Playing career Born in Bolton, Lancashire, Ainscow began his career with Blackpool as an apprentice, making his debut when then-''Seasiders'' manager, Bob Stokoe, picked him to play in the 1971 Anglo-Italian Cup. Ainscow played in the competition's final, on 12 June 1971 against Bologna at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara, which Blackpool won 2–1 after extra time. Still without a league appearance, Ainscow played the whole game before being substituted prior to the end of extra time due to exhaustion. Ian Miller (born 13 May 1955) is a Scottish former footballer who played his football in England as a winger. He made 660 league and cup appearances in the English Football League over an eighteen-year professional career, scoring 48 goals. He began his career at Bury, helping the club to win promotion out of the Fourth Division in 1973–74. He was then at Nottingham Forest, but did not feature for the first team before transferring to Doncaster Rovers in 1975. Simon Barker (born 4 November 1964) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He began his career at Blackburn Rovers in 1983, winning the Full Members Cup with the club in 1987, before moving on to Queens Park Rangers the following year for £400,000. He played 351 league and cup games for QPR and played in the Premier League, before moving on to Port Vale in 1998. He scored 84 goals in 619 league and cup appearances throughout a 16-year career in the English Football League. He also represented England under-21s four times. Christopher Stephen Sulley (born 3 December 1959) is an English former professional footballer who played as a left-back. He played 401 games in the Football League and seven games in the Scottish Football League. He began his career at Chelsea in 1978, though did not play a league game for the club, and instead joined AFC Bournemouth in 1981. Christopher James Price (born 30 March 1960) is an English former footballer who made 561 appearances in the Football League and Premier League, playing for Hereford United, Aston Villa, Blackburn Rovers and Portsmouth. He played as a right-back. Career Price began his career at home town club Hereford United where he quickly became the first choice right back. In ten seasons at Hereford he amassed over 330 appearances, at the time a club record. Notably he scored the equalising goal against Arsenal in the 1984–85 FA Cup Third Round. At the end of the 1985–86 season, he was chosen Hereford's Player of the Year, and was then sold to Blackburn Rovers for £25,000, stepping up two divisions. James Vincent O'Keefe (born 2 April 1957) is an English former professional footballer. He played as a goalkeeper for a number of Football League clubs between 1974 and 1993, making over 400 appearances. Blackpool O'Keefe had two loan stints at Blackpool during the 1980s.
