1980 Africa Cup Of Nations
The 1980 African Cup of Nations was the 12th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the football championship of Africa ( CAF). It was hosted by Nigeria. Just like in 1978, the field of eight teams was split into two groups of four. Nigeria won its first championship, beating Algeria in the final 3−0. The Mauritius Football Association (MFA) is the governing body of football in Mauritius. It was founded in 1952, affiliated to FIFA in 1964 and to CAF in 1965. The association was formerly known as the Mauritius Sports Association but renamed to Mauritius Football Association in 1984 through the introduction of a Sports Act by the government. Mosaad Nour ( ar, مسعد نور) (born 23 April 1951—23 April 2011 - Arabic) popularly nicknamed Kastan, is a former Egyptian football player and the historic star for Al-Masry Club. Hassan Shehata
Hassan Shehata ( ar, حسن شحاتة; born 19 June 1947) is an Egyptian former professional football player. Before retirement he played as a forward. He then became a football manager, who is now retired. Shehata led Egypt to victory in 3 titles, all which were at the African Cup of Nations: 2006, 2008 and 2010. He was the first ever coach to win three consecutive Africa Cup of Nations titles. Shehata is one of only two coaches to win the Africa Cup 3 times, along with Ghana's Charles Gyamfi. Managerial career In 2004, Shehata became Egypt's national team coach after the sacking of Italian coach Marco Tardelli.
