Fady Maalouf
Fady Maalouf ( ar, فادي معلوف pronounced Fādī Maʿlūf; born on 20 April 1979) is a German–Lebanese pop and crossover opera singer. He is known as the runner up of the fifth season of ''Deutschland sucht den Superstar'', the German version of ''Pop Idol''. He has released three albums to date, ''Blessed (Fady Maalouf album), Blessed'' (2008), ''Into the Light (Fady Maalouf album), Into the Light'' (2010) and ''City of Gold'' (2012). He also released his EP ''Indigo'' (2017). Early life Maalouf was born to a Lebanese family and his father Mounir Maalouf had German roots. He started at a very early age to show interest in music and singing. He sang in a church children's choir and took some piano lessons. Later on he received professional voice training with a vocal coach. At age of 17, he started performing as a club singer in piano bars, night clubs, as well as events and galas in Lebanon. Tim Wieskötter
Tim Wieskötter (born March 12, 1979, in Emsdetten, North Rhine-Westphalia) is a German sprint canoer who has competed since the late 1990s. Competing in three Summer Olympics, he won a complete set of medals in the K-2 500 m event (gold: 2004, silver: 2008, bronze: 2000) with Ronald Rauhe. Since their initial pairing in 2000, they have completely dominated the event, winning the major race of the season every year which also includes six world championships (2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2007). They have also won seven consecutive European gold medals. Alice Elisabeth Weidel (born 6 February 1979) is a German politician and has been the leader of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) in the Bundestag since October 2017. She has been a member of the Bundestag (MdB) since the 2017 federal election during which she was the AfD's lead candidate together with Alexander Gauland. Since November 2019, she has been the deputy federal spokeswoman for her party and, since February 2020, chairwoman of the AfD state association in Baden-Württemberg. Klaus Mainzer (born 2 February 1979) is a German international rugby union player, playing for the TV Pforzheim in the Rugby-Bundesliga and the German national rugby union team. Biography Klaus Mainzer, born in Heidelberg, started playing joining local club Heidelberger TV. In 1998 he signed with SC Neuenheim. Since then he played for the SC Neuenheim. He only played one game for the club in 2009-10 because of contract disputes. He earned his first cap for Germany in 2000 and played 15 times for Germany since then. His greatest success as a national team player was the promotion to Division 1 of the European Nations Cup in 2008. His last game for Germany was in a friendly against Switzerland in 2007. Sarah Kuttner
Sarah Kuttner (born 29 January 1979) is a German television presenter and author. Biography Kuttner was born in Berlin. Her father is famed radio host Jürgen Kuttner. She has regularly appeared on the music television channel VIVA since November 2001 after being selected out of 1500 other participants in a casting held in summer of that year. Her popularity increased rapidly and in August 2004 she started to host her own show called ''Sarah Kuttner – Die Show'', a variation on the popular late show concept with comedy, a sidekick (Sven Schuhmacher), talk guests and musical guests. After Viacom bought VIVA in 2005, her show was moved to MTV Germany and renamed to "Kuttner." with no dramatic changes in concept or crew. Production was relocated from Cologne to Berlin.
