1977–78 Albanian Cup () was the twenty-sixth season of Albania's annual cup competition. It began in August 1977 with the First Round and ended in May 1978 with the Final matches. The winners of the competition qualified for the 1978-79 first round of the UEFA Cup. 17 Nëntori were the defending champions, having won their fourth Albanian Cup last season. The cup was won by Dinamo Tirana. The rounds were played in a two-legged format similar to those of European competitions. If the aggregated score was tied after both games, the team with the higher number of away goals advanced. If the number of away goals was equal in both games, the match was decided by extra time and a penalty shootout, if necessary. KF Naftëtari, also known as Naftëtari Kuçovë, is an Albanian football club based in Kuçovë, Albania. Futboll Klub Partizani, or FK Partizani for short, is an Albanian professional football club based in Tirana, that competes in the Kategoria Superiore. Founded in 1946, the club was historically affiliated to the Albanian army. Partizani's current temporary home ground is Arena Kombëtare and the newly built stadium at Partizani Complex. KF Tomori is an Albanian football club based in the city of Berat. The club's home ground is the Tomori Stadium and they currently participate in the Kategoria e Parë. History The sport of football was introduced to the city of Berat in the early 1910s by students who had completed their studies abroad. KF Shkëndija Tiranë is an Albanian football club based in Tirana, and is the football team of the Sports mastery school Loro Boriçi. The academy is famous for being one of the most successful in the country and has produced 35 Albanian international footballers.
