Kenneth Francis Landreaux (born December 22, 1954) is an American former professional baseball center fielder. He played in Major League Baseball for the California Angels, Minnesota Twins, and Los Angeles Dodgers from 1977 through 1987. Playing career After graduating from Dominguez High School in Compton, California, Landreaux was drafted by the Houston Astros in the eighth round of the 1973 Major League Baseball draft, but chose to attend Arizona State University. While at Arizona State, he played in the 1975 and 1976 College World Series on teams that included future major leaguers Floyd Bannister, Chris Bando, and Bob Horner. James Bradley Allen (born May 29, 1958 in Yakima, Washington) is an American former professional baseball third baseman for the Seattle Mariners of the Major League Baseball (MLB). Robert Harvey James (born August 15, 1958), is a former professional baseball player who pitched in the major leagues primarily as a relief pitcher from 1978-1987. Career James was the first round draft pick in 1976 by the Montreal Expos out of Verdugo Hills High School, where he had been converted from a catcher to a pitcher, and joined the major league team in 1978 when he was just twenty years old. South Holland is a village and south suburb of Chicago in Cook County, Illinois, United States, within Thornton Township. The population was 21,465 at the 2020 census.
