Listed below are the dates and results for the 1974 FIFA World Cup qualification rounds for the Asian and Oceanian zone ( AFC and OFC). The remaining 15 teams were divided into 2 zones, based on geographical and political considerations, as follows: * Zone A had 7 teams (teams from East Asia, plus Israel). All matches were played in Korea Republic. Koji Mori
was a Japanese football player and manager. He played for Japan national team. Club career Mori was born in Fukuyama on November 24, 1943. He played for Waseda University. He won 1963 and 1966 Emperor's Cup at university. After graduating from Waseda University, he joined Mitsubishi Motors (later ''Urawa Reds'') in 1967. The club won the league champions in 1969 and 1973. The club also won 1971 and 1973 Emperor's Cup. He retired in 1977. He played 146 games and scored 28 goals in the league. He was selected Best Eleven 5 times. National team career In October 1964, when Mori was a Waseda University student, he was selected Japan national team for 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Kunishige Kamamoto
is a former Japanese football player, manager and politician. He won the bronze medal with the Japan national team at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, finishing as the tournament's top scorer with seven goals, and is the all-time leading goalscorer for Japan. He served as a member of the House of Councillors between 1995 and 2001. Early life Kamamoto was born in Kyoto on April 15, 1944. He grew up in Kyoto and attended Yamashiro High School. Then, he was on to Waseda University School of commerce. He became a top scorer in the Kanto university league for 4 years in a row. He also won the 1963 and the 1966 Emperor's Cup at university. Anton Boskovic (27 January 1933 – 16 June 2022) was an Australian soccer referee. Career Born in Blato, Croatia, Yugoslavia, he emigrated to Australia from the former Yugoslavia in 1955.
